Abstract submission takes place via an online portal setup by the NC State CVM Office of Continuing Education. Your submission will need to include the following information:

  • Title

  • Presentation Type (e.g. oral, poster)

  • Subject Category (e.g. Gram-Negative, Gram-Positive, Fungal, Viral)

  • Author(s) and Affiliations(s)

  • Abstract Text (500 word limit)

A link to the presentation portal is available via your meeting registration confirmation email.

The submission deadline is Sunday, December 8, 2024.

Please note, if you are presenting a poster at the meeting, your poster must be no larger than 36” W.
